"We just moved out after living here for 2 years and it was the perfect first home for us! We loved the location, our neighbors, staff and our dog loved the dog park! Maintenance was so quick at getting things fixed. It is very reasonably priced and we are so grateful for our time spent at Arbor Ridge!!"

"Lived here a bit shy of 3 years. Moved in the year the building was finished, moved out when we purchased a house. Not the best place I've lived, not the worst place I've lived. Nice enough communal facilities, nice enough apartments for the price, nice area. Pretty cheap kits were used for the apartments themselves (cabinetry, moldings, windows, electrical, appliances, carpet, etc). Particularly for the electrical, the way the circuits were wired doesn't make much sense in the 21st century where everyone has an excess of TVs, video game consoles, and desktop computers. We found ourselves frequently tripping the breakers using the shared "living room area" and the 2nd bedroom simultaneously. YMMV. Internet is great -- love Midco and having CAT5 jacks in every room is very convenient if you're juggling multiple devices. Our hot water was always thoroughly hot when we needed it to be. We did experience occasional brownouts. Summit has had a heck of a time keeping staff around for Arbor Ridge and Timber Ridge. I can't say we ever had a bad manager (Gene and Lori were particularly awesome), they just didn't stick around for very long. I believe we had a total of 5 different managers in our 2-3 years, not counting the 6th we are now working with as we attempt to get our security deposit check. We went over a month without a dish washer while existing Arbor Ridge management had their hands tied attempting to work with Summit's preferred appliance vendor -- the vendor was very flaky and unresponsive. The move out experience was pretty painless, aside from a screw up during management change when our forwarding address was lost."

From the first day meeting with Darlene seeing the floor plans, to signing my lease, to being able to go in and look at the progress, Jean, everyone has been very accommodating and wonderful!! Bonus.. laundry in my apartment and being able to bring my pup with... I know I will love living there."

"My wife and I are moving from California so we have not been to the site. I first made contact in February and all the contacts has been amazing. I am disabled and use a wheelchair and staff has made adjustments to make our new home accessible for me. I have not had to call for updates and information I need. Jaime, Darlene and Jean have contacted me to keep me up to date. My wife and I are looking forward to our new home. I highly recommend Summit/Arbor Ridge for their outstanding customer service."
