"My husband and I have lived at Kilkenny Court for the past seven years. Lisa Spott is by far the best apartment manager we have ever had! From day one she has taken care to make sure all repairs are done in a timely minor. She is amazing at handling whatever problems come up here at Kilkenny. She is very knowledgeable in all rental questions! She is always willing to listen to whatever questions we have! Nancy Patterson"

"I came to view an apartment here today. I was sold on the amenities and the surroundings. I was ready to say yes, but the deal breaker was the very adamant and unwavering attitude and rule of the pet policy. They demand proof that a cat be declawed. That is crewlty to a cat. I refuse to live anywhere where a company insist on mutilating an animal. Especially when the cat is an emotional support animal. I don't recommend this apartment building if you are a animal person and protect your pet/emotional support animal."

"Very nice place. My mom lives there, has been there for 10 yrs. She really likes it there. Pre-Covid, there was always an event going on. Mom played cards a couple times a week. There is a wonderful summer picnic and a Thanksgiving dinner t hff at they put on for the residents every year. Mom is happy with the office staff and t hff e maintenance staff is good. Keep up the awesome work."

"My mother lives here, I love the concept they have inside the have all the amenities, but I don't like the fact of people asking for things constantly when living inside, just since people help you once doesn't mean take advantage of it. But otherwise besides that, I like it has the elevator, a mini library, and rec room to keep them occupied. And even a sitting area when you first walk in it makes for a welcoming environment!"

"My sister has lived there for the last 5 years. After she had moved in they added grab bars for her in the bathroom and a higher toilet which made it easier for her. I find Lisa S. (bldg.mgr) very helpful ,pleasant and accommodating. I feel the facility is kept up very well. That includes the grounds which are park like. The hallway rugs have all been replaced which has eliminated the smell that was in the 1st floor hallway. (small dogs are allowed) I am very happy with her living there and I know she is too."
