"We don’t really have anything negative to say, I see management between the two buildings frequently, they’ve always been helpful. Maintenance is typically ahead of schedule and pretty helpful, the maintenance crew also are picking up after other people’s dogs, I’d say they make a good effort at keeping both places clean. Amazon needs to get their act together together though and use the package lockers"
"Wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person, place sucks and is always dirty, management is TERRIBLE at getting things done and responding to emails, loud neighbors. All around terrible experience and I will never live an apartment again thanks to Summit Management."
