"I have had my children in daycare before, this daycare takes the cake for going above and beyond. Since COVID hit, i needed child care. The staff assisted me in enrolling and helped me with all the paperwork, the facility is always clean and staff is always happy. My kids love going to this daycare. The staff is amazing with each of my children(3), assist them with the whole virtual learning, they go above and beyond for each of them, and are involved in their educational needs and learning with their school directly also. My children always have good things to say about the teachers, admins, and owner who is hands on engaging with the staff and children EVERYDAY, they are there. My children never have a bad day and the staff make it happen. Communication with admin about any changes is always done in a timely manner. COVID PROTOCOLS: they deep clean the daycare, and are always looking into the CDC recommendations, and state recommendations on how to accommodate their staff, and all the children and parents. The owner is always updating and request feedback from parents about new innovating way to combat COVID. They have PPE for all staff and have sanitation stations throughout the daycare for staff and visitors. They have protocols for social distancing and for parents drop off and pick up. Staff stays late to make sure their rooms are properly clean, and sanitary for the next day."

"I would not recommend this place. I have tried to give them a chance to improve, but things just keep getting worse. The new director didn't even last 3 months before she quit. The best person in that place is my daughter's teacher, that is it. The owner just wants the money and doesn't care about the kids at all. For three days I will have to be late to work because their duck taped van is broken so I can take my son to school. Most of the "teachers" are outsourced, and just not the quality you want. I am trying to pull my daughter out of there also. My daughter is always getting bitten and has now learned to bit in return. If I could give them 0 stars I would."

"I am so pleased with the staff, center Director and owner. This daycare is by far the best daycare I have had my 3 year old in in 3 years! My daughter looks for Jackie and Michelle in the morning and when I pick my baby up she is relaxed and happy. I am blessed to have found Trini-dads!!"

"The director Kris is very unprofessional and has had past experiences working as a correctional officer but to me I dont think she has realized the diffrence between a child and an inmate, in my opinion I think she shouldnt have been employed here and should be off of a payroll, now the rest of the employees such as the regular staff are very nice and deserve a better director."
