"Wish they would open earlier on week days. They open until 4pm. But over all big place. They dont have alot of seating area. Parking lot is big. Lots of young kids working here. They sell Icee, gatorade, ice cream, chicken nuggets, pizza and nachos.. etc."

"Arrived for glow with my kids. Door stated to use the other door, but it had been opened. This created a crowd of people getting in faster while those of us following the rules were stranded outside of the "new line. We wouldn't have been able to buy tickets for at least after 30 minutes after glow opened. I wanted the full two hours, I'm not paying full price for two kids just to get 75% of the experience. No crowd or line control. No one closing the door and redirecting people to the correct entrance. I ended up taking my disappointed kids home. This was supposed to be a fun time less than a week before my daughter's surgery! Luckily we have Groupon for regular visit, and I keep my promises to my kids so we'll go during regular hours the next day, but that could have been a potentially dangerous situation if the people following the rules had done something about it. The only time staff came out was one guy calling out for anyone there for a party reservation. No efforts made to direct the crowd there at opening. Poorly managed and security wasn't doing anything either to rectify it."

"The grandbabies had a wonderful time. Plenty of energy worn off. They slept all the way home to Kenosha in the vans. Everyone was pleasant. It was very clean and nice I highly recommend."

"The facilities are fun! (but getting a bit rundown) The service is mediocre at best. There are very few staff on the floor watching out for safety. The folks at the counter are casual but not too careful. The party host was not there at all. The birthday room was set up and but then I did not see them. No help with the cake, drinks, no host at all! We had to go fetch a spatula, lighter and forks and do the rest ourselves. It's really just not worth it anymore for parties, the prices went up and the service went WAY down. Looking for new options next year!"

"We had an awesome experience for a birthday party at skyzone! Our party host Bella was super organized and even arranged out coats and jackets I barely had to lift a finger! The food was ready right when it started too and all the plates etc. It was so nice to just be able to enjoy and they even had a fridge and to go boxes for extra food. No one was rushing us or kicking us out- awesome experience!"
