"They ask for your credit card before they schedule an appointment. They are not up front about the costs, after sending a technician, they just billed my credit card whatever they wanted without a call to discuss how much it was going to be. You should be up front about costs when you are on the phone with a customer. The technician was out for less then an hour, so I guess they get over 200.00 an hour plus parts. Terrible way to do business."

"This company installed our excellent pool cover and bench. When the cover stopped opening well, I got outstanding response and immediate repair- just before Memorial Day, when I was hosting a family gathering Pool Covers, Inc. is a great company!"

"Had an issue with my pool cover (wouldn’t close). I’ve used PCI for many years, but this time they were not able to solve the problem, but charged me anyway for coming out (twice) to diagnose. Ultimately fixed by an electrician. Called the owner/manager and he very nicely offered to reverse the charges. I’ll keep working with PCI, given they listen to their customers and do the right thing."

"Technician came out in June because the ropes on the pool cover broke. Technician stated as old as the cover was, it would need to be replaced in a few years. We ordered a new cover. Had to wait several weeks before they scheduled an appointment. When appointment was finally made, they appointment date was 2 months out. Today was the date of installation for the new cover. Was due between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. My wife waited until 9:00 AM, when no one had shown up yet, she called and ladies in the office stated technician called in sick. Never received a phone call to inform us. Was informed the manager would call. Unable to tell us when they would be able to come out. My wife called at 11:00 AM, still not able to contact the manager. as of closing time today, no response from the manager. The technician was awesome, I'd hire him in a minute. The office people and manager and their customer service is rated at a zero. They are horrible. Since they are the only place for several hours in either direction, they appear not to care about customer service. I give them a 2 for the technician.... UPDATE: Today a technician shop up, did a great job. Very nice, very polite. I still thing this company needs to do a better job of communicating with their customers.....Bottom line. Cover is now installed and functioning properly again. My hats off to the technician, he was not feeling well but came out anyway to make it right. He deserves a raise. I guess the bottom line was, just let me know whats going on, communicate with me.......jm"
