"Check the clothe you will be purchasing, the Adidas I purchased had a whole slit in between the legs and couldn’t return since I didn’t have my receipt. Manager was present when I purchased and still couldn’t do anything about it. Smh"

"One of the workers was being very rude towards me for no reason. Went to ask him if i could size swap and before I even could ask he said no you have to leave the store. I asked another worker and they happily answered my question. Worker was very unprofessional and rude!"

"They don’t ever answer the phone, and once they do after calling several times, the manager Vinia has a huge attitude problem and likes to hang up in people’s face because she doesn’t like to have to answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and rude. Her customer service is definitely not there and as far as the stores, they definitely need work on answering the phone. As I tried calling again it seems that the phone line has been turned off to where it will not go through and for my understanding they will put the phone in the back because they don’t want to hear it and answer it. Worst customer service in the Fairfield mall."
