"The Fairfield staff are absolute professionals and personable. They go out of their way to answer questions, look for product, and really focus on the customers. Every time I have visited the store they have constantly been restocking, fixing displays, unpacking new inventory, on top of assisting customers. Very pleasant customer experience every time. The store is super squared away. No dust bunnies in the dressing rooms or left over items laying about like you see in other less than retail stores. You can tell the employees take pride in their work just by looking at the store. Thank you 5.11 for having this location and employing such high caliber team members. The customer service reps for the online portion of 5.11 are equally exceptional, personable, and customer focused. Keep doing what you do 5.11, you have a customer for life."

"Today me and my husband went to buy a pants for work really quick from this store the lady was behind the cash register around 4:00 pm needs to improve her customer care skills I was talking to her, she left me and start talking to another person to the point that I have to follow her and Clarifying her answer she did not give attention to my Question at all. when we left she gave us the two pants without a bag and she put the receipt inside the pocket of one of the pants I mean I understand maybe this store like so many stores they charge for the bag but at least u should ask if we need a bag or not my husband needed the pants so bad for today otherwise I was not going to purchase it but next time I will make sure to purchase it from another store. We don’t have to deal with something like this anymore."

Want no business last couple time looks closed door always closed last time it was lock.and lady open door soon as I was leaving store around noon and she finally open up .
