Reviews
"This is the worst service in existence. Practically a scam, and property management companies are included - they force residents to sign for services like fetch, and we're required to pay extra on top of our rents, only for fetch to add delays to deliveries and for every other package to go missing. - they've accidentally sent other people's packages to me multiple times and I had to go return it - my own packages were "delivered" with a photo proof, only for it to go missing literally 15 minutes later right from my door - on Sat/Sun, they are only open till 2, so it's practically a 3 day delay on actually getting stuff delivered"
"This service is a lifesaver. I don’t have to worry about any heavy, valuable, or perishable packages because I can trust that they will be stored in a safe location until I am able to receive them. I also don’t have to drag heavy packages from the parcel locker like I have in the past. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the office has been friendly and helpful. Not sure why the 1-star reviews are so dramatic… Maybe if you can’t reach customer service online, just walk over to their office?"
"Two of my packages have been lost. I keep trying to contact customer service but no one is responding. I hope this gets someone to message me. When I posted here last time, I got someone to reply to me. Hopefully this helps again (I only messaged this morning to be fair). I have two more packages missing. 1 said it was delivered friday and 1 fedex cant deliver because it keeps saying that the fetch facility is closed. I placed the order before the move but it seems they are already not accepting packages even though we were told we will have a 2 week grace period."
"The fetch delivery person stole my packages. I heard them come to my door and mark the package as delivered. I open the door a minute later and the packages were already gone."
"Update: I received a notification from Fetch saying that the package is linked to my account by mistake and it is now removed from the app??? Come on, I have everything to prove that is my package with my name and tracking number on the shipping label. The way you solve a missing package issue cannot be removing it and pretending that the package has never existed. It is lie and fraud. Original review: Trust me please don’t use fetch as long as you can! Things went well when there’s nothing happened, but when a package is lost, there’s no way to hear anything back. I lost a package containing a new iPad 10 days ago. The status of that package keeps showing as “out for delivery” on their app for 10 days. Believe it or not, until now I got ZERO update on this package from any contact way on their webpage: text, email or online chat. Really really bad customer service. I left a review on Google map two days ago, and now the review just disappeared..."
