"Amazing driver but poor communication at the office. I booked a sedan and got a town car; causing all my luggage to have to be piled in with me in back. Then I proceeded to have to have a two week phone tag with the operator because they couldn’t get my payment right. Just really frustrating because the driver was a great and professional driver."
