"They missed part of my order. Fixed it fast and courteously. Awesome staff and management. Super friendly and efficient"

"Shorted us an entire meal except the drink our last visit. I went online and complained and Wendy's corporate response was "Sorry that happened, but we look forward to you spending more money at Wendy's". Will not be returning for a very long time."

"We drove into Redding late and after checking into our hotel room, my kids were hungry. My husband went to order our food and frostys. My bake potato did not come with butter and sour cream only a big handful of chives. I couldn't even eat it. All 4 of our frostys were so melted...almost like chocolate milk. They didn't have a the habannero ranch that my son always gets and his chicken sandwich was dry and hard. Worst Wendy's ever. Tried calling them, but they were closed so no one answered."

"In my opinion, this Wendy's was the best I've experienced while on a road trip. This Wendy's has a welcome sign, which I thought was very nice. They had fresh baked cookies that were soft and yummy. The young lady who took our order was very nice and friendly. James (manager) was friendly and helpful, very nice young man. Melissa (manager), who wasn't even clocked in yet, was very helpful and nice as well."

"Went there for a quick bite with my folks after church and talk for a little bit, looks like Wendy's is still going through and identity crisis and the food storage may be affecting them. I know I was blown away by the grilled chicken sandwich that I got. I asked no tomato and well sauce and a weird grilled chicken breast but I ate it and think it's sick so I'm happy with that. The service is great. They're just doing the best they can with what they got and it looks like the company is totally lost its identity. I mean look at the photos in the lobby. What are they doing? I never thought with my friends. I want to go hang out at Wendy's by the fire lol but besides that, excellent service for the location. If you're looking for a quick bite, check them out. Hopefully they'll still at least be able to get meat. They're out of lettuce I believe when I was there"
