"I had placed an online order for the cheesy breadsticks to be ready at 5:45. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed it wasn’t ready by Sam, which I was fine with. As I am waiting, other customers come in and the two “adults working” were messing around, using foul language when there is customers in the lobby. One gentleman waited at the counter for probably 10 minutes while waiting to be helped. As I am watching these “adults” “work”. The only one working was a Gentleman named Sam, who was trying his best to get orders out. When I got my order and got home, they were still doughy and the cheese inside was still hard. FYI, those cheesy breads in the air fryer are delish!"
"If I could give negative review I would. I normally don't order pizza from Little Ceasars, but for some reason on 9/1/23 I decided to order through Little Ceasars website, but delivery was completed by Doordash. Submitted order at 5:30 with estimated food arrival at 6:30. Store finished making my order at 6:10. Wasn't picked up by DoorDash until 6:47. By 6:58 I called the driver and she didn't answer. The map showed she was driving further and further south. By 7:15 she was in Corning, CA. I'm in Redding, CA. She took off with my order and wouldn't answer me nor the DoorDash customer rep. If you want to keep you and your family hungry the entire night, then please order for delivery here. Update 10/17/23: Still disputing charges with bank bc Little Ceasars won't reply to bank. Update 10/26/23: LC finally refunded me!"
"Husband left to order pizza and text me that another customer was angry. When they left, he picked up the last pizza and came back to the hotel room. Upon opening, (see the attached photo) the pizza crust was hard and the cheese on top was burnt. He tasted a slice before giving it to our kids and said the sauce tasted sour. HORRIBLE!!"
