"I love this place. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Greatest place to get away and relax while paddling down the river. Beautiful scenery is extremely peaceful. It's also a little adrenaline rush going down the rapids. I have been coming to this place since I was around 6 years old with my parents and their friends in canoes. I am 54 now and go down in a kayak."

"This was a fun experience. If you're going with a group, try plan to pay for one booking, otherwise they think they have to have seperate vans for transit. Water level was LOW, lots of bumps from rocks and etc but that is on nature, not the company-"

"What a wonderful experience, online registration was so easy, every staff member was friendly and helpful and service was top notch. Took the 4 mile light rapids trip and it was a easy intermediate trip with great views."

"Brule river is really beautiful and this company offers good equipment. Rental process was seemless. Felt owner was very nice and kind. Leaving 4 stars for reasons: 1) very hard to get staff over phone to answer, and when finally got hold they were not informative when asked for details of trip or what we should do to be prepared. 2) felt company/ staff under represented technicality of even the a1 trip. Our experience was this was not for people without river paddling experience, and they gave really bad advice regarding river safety. We had some whitewater experience, and despite low water volume on the day we went, there were definitely hairy moments. Overall, I think the trip is extremely beautiful, but I would recommend previous river paddling/ basic whitewater experience before going on these trips. I do think their description should reflect more technical aspects of the trip, and some of the summer temp staff needs to be better trained regarding safety information as well."

"Amazing experience with friendly staff and fashionable, reliable apparel for the outdoors! The equipment is well kept and up to date and they provide a variety of options for length and difficulty on the trips. We tried the 1.5 hour one with class 2 rapids - super fun with a little bit of a thrill but all is relatively mild. We wish we would have gone for longer! Great views and such a beautiful river. Also an amazing cost for such an adventure! Definitely a must do when in the area or when looking for things to do around Duluth."
