"Excellent apartment for the price. Very quiet building and the nearby trail system is a really nice bonus. Management is very quick with responding and dealing with any maintenance requests that come up. Overall a really great place to live."

"This was actually a really good place to live despite the appearance. The narrow stairs make moving in and out difficult. Laundry machine and dryer need upgrades. What really made this place special was management. Trish was a very sweet person. She was always responsive and easy to reach out whenever we had problem. She made us feel like we were people as opposed to just tenets that they needed to make money off of through fees. I’d give this place 5 stars for that alone but I do feel the infrastructure needs some updates (they were working on those by the time of writing this). Overall it’s a very pleasant place to live and Trisha was the best landlord you'll ever meet."
