"I think the management could do with some training on leadership. They focus superficially on status, job title, car they drive, etc. However, I believe they could be better if they developed and respected their team members instead of viewing them as underlings."

"Bluestone lofts is in a great location for college students. That's about all the good things that come from this apartment complex and review. The management at Bluestone lofts do not care about your personal safety, or the well being of the residents. Due to personal experience with the management at Bluestone lofts I have found out that if you have a problem it will not get resolved fast and or easily. I have never worked with a more disrespectful and dismissive team while living in Duluth. If you ever expect to have a problem resolved with the property management they have shown us on repeated occasions that you have to go above them in order to get it resolved. Bluestone lofts has many rules that are in place to create a happy living environment, although when a problem arises they go against their own rules and regulations. Their amenities are above and beyond but their management is not."

"Only reason it isn't a one star is because the maintenance staff were always super nice and fixed things so quickly. Other than that, while the apartment was nice, it is way overpriced. There is no reason, especially as a student, to pay this much. I never had good experiences with the management team and had a horrific time with parking. I would advise others to find somewhere else unless they don't mind spending too much money on an average apartment with average amenities. Finding a safe, live-able place is really hard, but I don't think this place is worth it at all."

"Looking for the right apartment is really difficult. When it comes to safety, the amenities, and convenience bluestone has it all. Great scenery, entertainment, proximity to campus, pool, and on top of it the free furnishings in the apartment... it was an easy move. I'm so happy I chose to live here."

"So far, being at Bluestone has been like home to me. I could've lived in a sketchy neighborhood in a very old house with run-down appliances and a scheming renter, but instead I gave this beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath apartment a chance! With their furnishings, I didn't have to go out and buy furniture, saving me at least $1,000. With their security system and staff, I didn't have to buy ADP or Ring to protect my home, saving me a good $100-200. The place was equipped with a gym and free coffee, saving me a gym membership and a morning cup of joe at Starbucks (80$ monthly membership at Anytime Fitness and 150$ a month assuming I get a 5$ coffee everyday). Being close to living near campus saved money on my commute as well as provided plenty of space to study and spend time with friends. I felt that Bluestone didn't cater to any one group of people, it was open to all families and people (folks here for business, students, professionals in the field, educators, nurses, working class). So far Bluestone has saved me a total of $3,860-3,960 a month with their ammenities! If anyone has a chance to live here, take it."
