"Hate the call center they implemented. A person should be able to call the Black Creek Office directly. Also when I called and talked to Billing Department when I had billing issues,I wasn't able to talk to anyone to complain. Was told to write a letter. I did not want to write a letter so called and was transferred where I left a voicemail message for a call back. No one called me back. Tried twice and no call back. Dr. Sheldon and Julie and Wendy are awesome however."

"Always welcoming and friendly. Dr Sheldon is wonderful and her staff is as well. We rarely wait longer than 5 minutes before being taken back to our room. Calls to the nurse are always very helpful, although she is very busy and sometimes you have to hold for a while. Very satisfied with our small town health care provider!"
