"Not impressed with this hospital and clinic. They mess up a lot. Infection in my finger spread because they didn't treat properly. A few years ago, they diagnosed my son with chicken pox when he actually had eczema. I was hospitalized due to flu and pneumonia a while back and they didn't update my meds off of my prescription list when I came in. The ER lost it and for the rest of my hospital stay, they wouldn't give me any of my heart meds because the fill-in dr said they weren't on my med list in their computers."

"Customer service is awful, they treat you like your dumb and like they don’t want to talk to you. No one seems to know anything, and i get there’s certain departments for everything but I should not have to be transferred 5 times just for a covid test. The young front desk girl is not welcoming or friendly, she barely acknowledges you. The doctors are nice, and ironically the lady i spoke to in billing was one of the nicest I dealt with. But the most aggravating thing of all is all they do is send you to “myprevea” and don’t try to help you through your issue."
