"We love every doctor we’ve seen here. Dr. Webster is our primary Dr. but we’ve seen a few others when he was unavailable for last minute appointments. We see the doctors here as well as both of our small children and have zero complaints about any of the care we’ve been given. The front staff is always so sweet to us as well, Judy is always the sweetest!"

"I love it here! Katie Knipfer is a GREAT PA, and we are loving having Dr. McMillen as our OB! They get back to me right away, and make sure I am well taken care of during my appts. I see some reviews about front office staff, and I think most are very nice! I only had one issue with one over the phone, and I think they were at the Madison office. I recommend it here for general medicine and OB!!"

"I have to disagree with a lot of the reviews on here. The reception staff have been warm and friendly every visit. The whole office was incredibly efficient and I spent minimal time in the waiting room. Dr. Webster is my favorite of hundreds of doctors I've met and his MA is exceptionally friendly. I was made to feel very comfortable here and the utmost concern was paid to my issues. I'm so happy I found Wildwood, it's very worth the drive from west Madison. Also, for anyone considering vasectomy, their procedure is fast and easier than a trip to the dentist."

"Please don’t go here. When I called to make a new patient appt for my child, the woman who answered the phone clearly didn’t have time to deal with the phone call. Her voice was super annoyed. Very unfriendly! She clearly had better things to do than answer the call and make an appt. When I questioned the information she gave me, she wanted to argue. She continued to speak over me and did not listen to what I was saying. The call was absolutely awful! I complained about her lack of professionalism to someone in billing, as I was transferred to provide better explanation because she clearly just wanted to argue and tell me I was wrong. I wish I had caught her name. This woman does NOT need a job where she deals with people. It was an absolutely TERRIBLE first experience with this office. I have no desire to switch our care to this facility now. This woman needs to be home alone with no interactions to human beings. I hope they find someone much kinder and an actual professional to replace her. Pathetic!"
