"Zero stars for this company. My wife called to make an appointment for me to see a psychologist for psychological testing. We were told they accept both of my insurances but they couldnt access my name with one of them, because they kept inputting my info incorrectly. I then called the insurance to make sure I was covered which I was. We were told they would call us back within 48 hours to remedy the problem,but never called us. We called again and fixed the issue,but then they couldnt access my other insurance for some reason. They transferred us to billing but the wait time is insanely long and we never got thru to them.They also wanted to schedule me with a psychologist that specializes in psychological testing, but when we contacted that person specifically,she said she doesnt do psychological testing. We were constantly given false information and no one there seems to know what theyre doing. They were also really stressing me giving my credit card info over the phone which im unwilling to do. Every other place I have been to either collects your card info via a patient portal or in person, not over the phone. The last time we talked to someone all she wanted to do was argue with me. How does that help anyone with mental illness? it doesnt. AVOID THIS PLACE.THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!"

"My therapist Elisabeth Steadman is outstanding, but the company doesnt want to talk to you AT ALL. It has been a nightmare to talk to ANYONE thats human. Unfortunately I will have to move my business elsewhere"

The text message reminder 2 days before an appointment and the day of the appointment are just what I needed to stay on track with my mental health plan especially with my time being pulled in so many directions. Have not missed one appointment since they started the text messages. Am so grateful for the care I am receiving from them."
