Art Therapy House

"I attended the Open Studio Art Therapy community event they host every Friday. I’m in school to be an art therapist, so I really just wanted to dive head in and get some personal experience with it as well. The group was led by Shannon & Marissa (I believe that was their names) & they were both very kind! We started the group with a handout on different kinds of boundaries & we were instructed to build a castle out of the available materials that was representative of our boundary style. I really appreciated that the group wasn’t terribly invasive into everyone’s personal lives. It was very light & art focused which I appreciated. I also really appreciated the very mixed crowd the group brought in :) I so wish I had the availability in my schedule to make it in every Friday for group but I will 100% be back!!! So awesome, keep up the amazing work!"
