"Rude, rude, rude front desk. She refused to give the names of some of their therapist. Asked if we had been seen there before-i said yes-gave her my last name (which is a very difficult spelling)-she never asked for the spelling of my name and just said you have never been seen here! Wow-really! I again asked her for the names of the male therapist and she refused to give them! Unbelievable! Rude, rude and rude!"

"Great front desk...Dr Nagel is an amazing doctor who takes the time to review information but then also to listen to the patients voice-their needs and it is a joint effort moving forward in the plan of treatment. Dr Rueben also...kind gentle soul...you feel the energy from both doctors instantly. Forever grateful to have found them."

"I have been here for multiple times for the same reason. This last run has been the most helpful and I would rate 5 for some aspects and almost a 0 in others. The Counselor I currently have is awesome and the front desk has been as pleasant as it has ever been although the bar was set so low. It depends alot on your connection with your therapist. As far as a reschedule of a appointment they are not very understanding even if it as serious as missing because of daughters surgery. But ATM treatment has helped me barring I can continue to avoid getting in a situation where I have too miss a appointment they don't play because there are hundred of people waiting to take your spot. Play by the rules no room for error but with the right team you are able to get great care shout out Jolie shout-out Dr V"

"Came in 10 times. At the end of what would be my last visit, the doctor goes "So, I've come to the conclusion that you are depressed. Does that sound accurate?" He wasn't joking. He did not find out I was depressed until the end of my TENTH VISIT!!! Was he not listening? Did he care? He also never talked to the other doctor I was seeing there, and knew nothing of the medications they were putting me on. If I could rate it 0/10 I would."

"Mequon staff and front desk are the rudest ever. It has never been a good experience, even after ten visits. The whole concept is less about caring and more about making money as a business. If you are looking for great patient care this is not the place to go. The waits has never been less than a half an hour but more like 40-60 minutes. We never had a sense that they cared about us as individuals. The front desk has never acknowledged us with more than an abrupt opening of their glass window and closing it; too detached and bothered to even smile. To have this in the mental health field is deplorable."
