"This place is NOT a ER, it has nothing in house like CT, MRI, staff. Just drive a few blocks down the road to the CSM and get everything done in one place including MRI. My daughter is currently walking around with a possible torn ligament in her knee because they don’t do MRI in this facility so she’s going to be billed for an ER visit that got nothing done. I have to send her to another emergency department for help."

"Terrible services here, rude an unprofessional. My son had an accident and we needed to have him seen. Children's was closed for the day so we came here. I should have driven to the main Children's location. First the wait wasn't too bad but we may have been the only ones there, but the front desk did not pay attention, I was trying to check in my son and instead they checked me in. I'm worried I'm going to get double bills now since they registered me as a patient. We were seen after 15 min and the nurse was using sarcasm and language that does not belong around a child and generally very rude. For example he offered him a popsicle then left and came back and my son asked for it, and he said NO YOU CANT HAVE A POPSICLE. He's 10! Its a popsicle, why would you do that to a child, and he made him cry. And that wasn't the only comment he made like that there were many that don't belong in a conversation with a child. They determined my son had a break and it was minor but looked not bad so they put it in a splint and said to come back in a few days. Luckily we didn't wait and we went to children's the first thing the next morning, they have to reposition it and put it in a cast. Avoid this location especially with children, its not worth the unprofessionalism and emotional trauma you may get from here."

"Wasn’t impressed with the way we were treated nor the diagnosis I’ll never bring my kids back for Emergency care. My son is now WORSE to Childerns only from now on I literally told them what was wrong and they acted like I was nutts never again Childerns around the corner treat my kids with such love a care and compassion."

"In short: Caring and accomodating staff, progressive environment, and excellent patient care. Took a patient to be seen for severe pain. They barely waited to be seen, they were awesome in getting us settled in right away and making sure we address the issue. Sean Mackman was just overall incredible. Extremely considerate and actually took time to make sure the patient had their needs addressed & made sure they understood how to address the issue moving forward."
