"This place displays unprofessionalism at it's best! I URGE NO ONE TO COUNT ON THIS AS A DENTAL SERVICE. I was told of the second location which is Issac Coggs-Heritage Health Center on West Silver Spring Drive. Once again, no one is answering the phone. This bad and therefore receives one star. In my professional opinion, both locations should be closed un further notice."

"I got a call from the clinic telling me that I need to schedule my daughter a appointment. I got the call on Monday I call to make the appointment the the young lady that answered the phone was rude. And hung up in my face. I called back to speak to a supervisor they just put me on hold and no supervisor never answered the phone again. This is ridiculous I don't have to have my kids come to this clinic. Dr. Ward is a great doctor and she left my girls old doctors office. So I came over to this clinic so they can stay with her. But after today I will reach out to Dr. Ward and let her know that I just can't handle a disrespectful business like this. So I will be looking for a new doctor office."

"I had to find a new doctor because my former doctor retired. I went to MLK health care and was seen by a very nice Dr. Wall. Some of the medication he prescribed gave me dangerous side effects. I called the clinic twice and never received a call back. Here it is a week later and still no call back. I called again and was left on hold 30 minutes. I have amazing insurance and I am not use to this unprofessional neglect. I decided that this is not the clinic for me. Good bye, I found a more professional care clinic. Get Y'all act together."
