"It was good but had to come back to fix the nose. However still having problems. How do you want to connect off line"
"Staff are friendly, and they do take good care of you. The atmosphere is very calming. Main reason I am leaving a one-star review is due to the billing department. Good luck trying to get someone to answer. Every time I try calling, it goes to voicemail. I have an issue where I am being charged even after paying all out of pocket costs. When i FINALLY got a call back from them, they told me my insurance was still processing for the surgery procedure, but it seems like they already processed it on my end. Theres no actual description why im being charged in the receipt. The lady i initially spoke with was even confused about why I was being charged. She told me she was going to investigate and give me a call back, but she never did. She just stopped the payment plan which told me they were wrong for charging me. I just want my refund and be done with all this."
"I went in for a Balloon Sinuplasty & Turbinate reduction given I was having chronic, horrible sinus infections & congestion. This was an outpatient procedure. It was supposed to be a tolerable procedure with about 6 weeks recovery. The procedure was incredibly painful. I would rather give birth again. They didn't wait for the numbing agent to kick in before burning away tissue. I could feel them breaking my nose with the balloon. The whole experience was horrible. Then, it took over 12 weeks to heal. They kept saying it all looked good at every follow-up appointment. Well, 2 years later and I get 1-2 sinus infections a month. I decided to go to a well-known ENT this time. He did a CT scan of my sinuses and this is what they found. 1) The Balloon Sinuplasty was completely unsuccessful. They never made it to the correct area of my nose. They actually put a hole in my sinuses where a hole doesn't belong and it serves no purpose. They also didn't reduce my turbinates nearly enough to make a difference in my life. Therefore, I spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars, took off of work, etc for them to hack away at my sinuses with zero success. My doctor said they would have noticed this during the procedure and instead of giving up and releasing me telling me it was successful, they should have told me that I needed to actually go to an OR. Turns out the bones in my sinuses didn't develop correctly which is likely why they had a hard time completing the Balloon Sinuplasty. I needed full surgery, not a quick outpatient procedure. The biggest issue I have with this is, Advent took scans of my face before offering the procedures nit he first place. If they knew what they were doing, they would have told me that this wasn't something they could do for me as a quick out-patient procedure. I actually contacted a lawyer given they didn't do what they said and they put a hole in my sinuses that doesn't belong there. However, given the hole doesn't actually cause harm, I wouldn't have a case. DO NOT GO TO ADVENT! Go to a legitimate ENT at a hospital or medical clinic."
"She was so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to! I left my appointment with a lot of good information and next steps."
"Elissa did such a great job at explaining the procedure and walking me through it. She recommended another provider for a different issue I have and I will be seeing them soon. Thank you!"
