"Sad to have ro for this. Just got out of hospital. Called for follow up. Ashley receptionist. Was uncooperative rude and treated me. This a as the 3rd person I spoke with for a hospital follow up that was rude I 45 min. .t dr is doctor jenkins. I explained ot was heart Related and it was heart and water retention and gout. She told me no opening and she didn't have the authority to do so. I told her according to hospital I did to be seen per hospital and ins co. That's when she treated me. I recorded it by this time. I like my doctor been seeing him for a long time. Froedtert is getting abuse toward patients just trying to make appt. I bet she Will not send the message to Dr jenkins nurse. Help me"

"The PT supervising me was not knowledgeable about my condition however she pretended to be and proceeded to take me through a series of movements with weights which resulted in my falling striking my head on the concrete floor and being taken to the emergency hospital for CT scan to check for brain bleeding and a concussion and treatment. Phone calls to management to discuss my concerns went unanswered.Patient relations is not a benefit toward a resolution. I would strongly recommend any other choice but this one. I am receiving bills to pay for PT services & supervision which produced physical injuries and emotional distress. Froedtert in Mequon is mismanaged. The real concern is not the patient ."

"Switched here thinking they'd be better than aurora or ascension and though I do like my doctor, doesn't make a big difference when they advocate you use mychart, but they take days and days to respond even after you have to call because you can't get a response to a message... great your busy but so am I but this js your job not mine, I don't have time to sit and call and message for days just to get a prescription refilled. Ridiculous."

"Have been a dozen times and positive experiences every time. Urgent care, lab testing, regular visits. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A few doctors that have been in the practice for a while give long lead times, but have found there are new doctors here with just as much skillset."

"My doctor moved to this facility and I went for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. On time, Lovely reception people, kind. It is spacious, very clean and and the gal who drew blood was the best. Never felt a thing. Best doctor/facility experience ever."
