"Had an MRI done on a work injury. Sarah was extremely helpful and diligent with helping me to get it approved by United health care which would have been a nightmare without her help. The facility is impeccable and the staff was extremely professional and nice. I would definitely recommend! I was in and out within 45 minutes. The MRI itself took 15-20 minutes. I will definitely come back should I ever need an MRI in the future!"

"My husband had imaging done a couple months ago. We received a bill from premier radiology. Our insurance plan is set up so that we do not pay providers directly, but instead pay our insurance after they’ve paid provider. I’ve called the billing department (over seas call center), who told me to email our EOB. I did and received a confirmation stating they’d respond in 2-3 days and a ticket number. This was over a month ago. I’ve sent more emails, still no response. But we have received a final notice for the bill. Right now I’m looking into reporting them for fraud. Avoid."
"I’ve tried to call 6 times on three different days,left the phone wring at least 20 times and no one ever answered so I had to drive there to make an appointment in person. I had to drive there a second time to request a disc copy again because no one answers the phone."
