"Arrived on time for my appointment, but then was held up for 20 minutes checking in as the front desk didn’t know how to enter my insurance. I have Tricare and not one of the 4 people knew how to enter it. So that kind of sucked, because it held me up for my appointment. So I guess my only critique would be that proper education is provided on how to enter ALL types of insurance."
