"Seemed very unprofessional and odd feeling in the clinic. No one was there except myself which was weird. I was the only patient there. As I walked down the hallway some workers were on their phones. The whole place just gave me a very uneasy feeling. I will not be returning"

"I would prefer to give this business a negative rating. My first appointment last August was when they were still Vein Clinics of America and that went great. Since then they’ve merged with USA Vein Clinics and it has been atrocious!! My appointment in November was cancelled due to being short staffed and rescheduled for December 2nd. The morning of my Dec 2nd appointment I received both an email and text confirmation confirming my appointment for that day. I arrived for my 11:15 appointment and was told at arrival that they could not see me due to the fact that they were having internet issues! I was told someone would call me to reschedule. No call the rest of that day and I waited until Noon of the following Monday and no one called. I called them and quickly realized that you can no longer speak directly to anyone at the Mequon office. All calls go to a call center in Illinois. After much frustration over several calls that day, including being told that my chart said I was a “no show” for my Dec 2nd appointment (WHAT???), I requested my medical records to go to a different doctor! I still have not received them! I called again today and after a half hour on the phone with the central call center, they basically blamed it on the previous Vein Clinics of America for not uploading all of my medical information! Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic! RUN!"

"I would rather rate them a minus 5 star. The people who took over Vein Clinics of America, now USA Vein Clinic, are the problem. They made an appointment for me on Nov. 25, 2022 at 1:45 and sent me confirmation of same two days before the appointment. When I got there the doors were locked. When USA Vein took over, they disallowed the office in Mequon from making appointments and disconnected their phones. Now everything goes through an 800 number and they have NO idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time!! There was another woman waiting for her 1:40 appointment and she was greeted by a locked door also. I am certain the City of Mequon will not allow these people to continue doing business. It gets better. I got another text message from USA Vein tonight in which they rearranged my last three appointments without so much as asking if that fit into my schedule!! DON'T DO IT!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!"

"I have previously gone to this clinic and everything was perfect. However I had to reschedule a year later and that was last week and then my appointment was canceled by the clinic itself. They have not been open no one in the clinic for the last week and a half. As I reached out to the main central switchboard they’re telling me that they’re having problems in all of the clinics now that they’re merging with another company. Really dissatisfied with not being kept in the loop and now we have to make a decision of where else I can have my procedures done. I caution you before you try to make a reservation"
