"Wish I could give 0 stars. Loved my psychiatrist, adored actually. However, its not worth them screwing around with my payment and taking the full amount out of my bank account without contacting me first. You sadly at the end of the day are just a paycheck to them. Also, front end girls answering the phones have ALWAYS been horrendous. Should not be in the line of work where they are talking to mentally ill and possibly emotionally fragile patients. When I asked to speak to my psychiatrist after she no called no showed our appointment was a flat out "no". I had to fight to even leave a message. Adored this place but sadly it has gone WAY down hill."

"I've been seeing Dr. Sprung and he's very easy to talk with as well as understanding of my mental health needs, and very good with taking care of them. Any medication questions get answered quickly. The office staff is kind and helpful. I'm very grateful."

"I have been with Advanced Behavioral Health for about 7 years having Dr. Sprung the entire time. I use the Layton Ave. location but due to COVID appointments were moved to phone or Zoom. I have never had problem setting appointments, or working with a prescription question. The clinic also offers therapists. I feel very comfortable talking with Dr. Sprung....he is always kind, professional and compassionate and can make me see two sides of a issue or problem and how to best address it. I have heard the clinic eventually will go back to office visits which is fine and the staff moves things along well."
