"Absolutely horrible service from the receptionist staff. The clinic itself is disgustingly dirty and run down. You make an appointment and still wait over an hour to be seen. Can't get meds refilled and no one is willing to help you."

"Scehduled appointment was for 10:15, came in at 10:05. All I needed was to pick up my blood work results. They called me to come into the room at 11:05 where i waited for 20 mins for the doctor to come in and spend less than a minute with me. At 11:30 i went to get my papers from the front desk. At 12:20 they still did not have them ready. I went to the desk and they asked if i could come back later because the lady that was supposed to be doing it left to go to a meeting with the paperwork sitting on her desk incomplete. A nurse begun doing my paper work and I finally walked out at 12:40. Short of 3 hours to recieve my blood work results. Please dont come here."

"I needed to get a new doctor due to insurance changes. Very long wait times in clinic. Even longer in patient rooms. Up to 2 hours. Patient rooms furnished with not even the best equipment from thrift stores. They want you to come in for a doctor visit to tell you your vitamin D is low.$$$$$ If you have a prescription filled they won't give you refills until you schedule another visit. They give you a month's worth. Medications I have been taking for years. $$$$$ That's what this clinic is about separating you from your money.$$$$$ Would give a fraction of a star if that was an option. Update. Went in for a yearly physical. They quoted it as something else trying to charge over 300. They give you scripts for 30 days will not refill unless you make another appointment"

"Thumbs down!! I called to schedule an appt. to receive prenatal care. I was told to just walk in today before 3pm and I could see a midwife. I came in at 12:45pm exactly and sat til 3pm and my name was never called. People were walking in after me and being seen. When I went to check on my appt. they didn't know where my file was. So I asked to reschedule and I was told I had to wait almost 3 weeks to be seen by midwife. This was very upsetting because I had left work and waited almost 3hours for nothing and couldn't be seen until weeks later."
