I rush to the Dr for a quickly spreading rash. It costs me $475 & no call for next steps, how to avoid my rash outbreak & a prescription of which sat at the pharmacy for 5 business days without the patient knowing! No follow-up call until 2 weeks later! Find an independent Dr vs Dr Crosby!!"

"I’ve only been there 4 times for light therapy and they’ve already canceled an appointment because no one will be there? Do they just take a day off whenever they feel like it?? One of the nurses didn’t even know how to set the timer on the machine either and didn’t bother to read notes from previous appt. Aurora must hire people off the street which is why the quality of healthcare is so BAD! I may have to file a complaint with the headquarters if this keeps up."

"The receptionists are rude every time I call. I missed a call from a nurse that was returning my phone call, I called back within 5 minutes and the woman who answered told me I needed to call back in the morning. Even though I still called back within business hours!!!! Unbelievable. Dr Crosby also forgot to send my prescription in and it was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to send in my prescription. Also showed them a new concern, which they noted, but did not tell me what it could be and how to go about treatment. Very unprofessional staff and doctors here."
