"Recently we had a total disaster situation happen to us at our house. After a crazy winter blizzard left 6” of slushy snow on our deck the next day the temps plummeted to zero & froze everything. 2 days later we hit 2” of rain and it actually created a back flooding into our house. We ended up with over $300k in damages. I called Toby (our agent) and not only did he respond immediately, he walked me through the next steps, what to be prepared for and did it so calmly.
