"I've tried for the past four weeks to get a quote on a policy for my tree service. Eventually my renewal for my old policy came up, and still no quote or communication. It's been almost a week since the deadline I gave them and still no communication. I'm disappointed because I wanted to even just SEE what arborisk had to offer in regards to coverage. "Well hate to do this but they have fell short on this one for sure. Started on 11/3/2022 I reached out while in a class in the office. talk to eric and mick about switching , I was VERY CLEAR i didn't want to leave a bad relationship for another one ( That's just silly right )So start with sending information to them and no response , Eric said that he would make sure they where on top of this. (11/9/2022) and he did, but after that when i ask mick to follow up , he promised he would and would get everything handled by 1/1/2023. The busiest time ever. I said how about before that. He waiting on quote, waiting on insurance companies , Than Jan 5th. asked for more information . i was delayed in response. I provided everything asked for on Jan 9th. and was told on Jan 13 i have the number and will set a time to talk them over. What's to talk about send them and i will see if i save money. (I wanted to save money , more so i wanted a better team behind me ) So with the whole process taking more than 4 mts and still don't have any information. And policy renew date on 3/28 ( That was included in the emails. FYI ) I would just assume that this business doesn't want the small guy they only seem to care about the BIG tree care companies. ( Did i forget to mention that Mick found my crew working in his neighborhood like 3 times and gave them business card, to get me a quote. One time since this started i have reached out to Erick and mick and told them both that i can't handle no information/ no communication and nothing was heard from Eric. Mick reached out asap and begged me to give him a shot, Sure why not sometimes things slip and people forget . But now that nothing has been said since JAN this is over and i will not ever send any business to them and i will warn more to follow as this is just poor practice in my book. Don't beg me for my business and i am very willing to give you blank checks and you spit in my face. No respect for my time or the size of my account i guess"

"Spoke with Malcolm today, he wasn’t able to offer me a policy since I am operating in Hawaii, but he offered to go over a quote I got with another company free of charge! He helped me understand the legal language used in the policy so now I know what I’m actually covered on. I was so surprised to experience such genuine helpfulness from an insurance company! Malcolm seems like a very honest person looking to actually help tree service businesses like mine, even when he had nothing to gain from it. Amazing. God bless you Malcolm."
