ONLY 1 PERSON HANDLES DETENTION AND SHE NEVER RETURN CALLS AND HER " PERSONAL CELL " IS NOT A WORKING # " VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO DETENTION. "DIVERS BEWARE OF THIS SCUMBAG BROKER!!! They will cheat you out of your dock detention. I had a 1 pick 4 drop from LA to Georgia though them. They started by over loading my truck to 81,000 LBS and gave me paperwork for near 78,000 LBS. They reneged on the extra 3.5 hrs it took me to go back and have them fix it, with them being given a Empty wieght scale ticket. I also got stiffed on 2 hrs @ the 2nd stop, 3 hrs @ 3rd stop, who left 3 pallets of thier products on my trailer which was discovered by the 4th stop. Then they bullied the company I'm leased onto to go back and deliver it the next day, for a $50.00 extra stop fee, to fix thier customer's mistake. At the 2nd time @ the 3rd stop thier customer keep me there for 6 hrs for 3 pallets = 4 hrs more of DETENTION THAT THEESE SCUMBAGS DIDN'T PAY ANY OF! So I got nothing for 12.5 hrs of detention I was and still are owed. In closing NEVER HAUL ANY LOADS FOR THEESE SCUMBAGS UNLESS IT'S LIFE OR DEATH LIKE YOUR TRUCK IS GOING TO BE REPOED IF YOU DON'T MAKE SOME MONEY NOW!"
