"If it’s possible to give zero stars I would. They wanted the customer to do their job unloading an 845 pound pallet of boxes for a bed. Was told they were figuring out options with seller and instead got a notification of delivery with a signature when in fact that never happened and was given no follow up phone call. Crystal specifically made that there wasn’t anything they were willing to do to help resolve the situation except have the seller contact customer service to add an additional driver. Poor service, and even worse resolution of a problem. You’d expect this from small company with a bad rep, but this FedEx, I think most people would agree you’d expect them to be able to handle a bed delivery and at least have good communication with the customer."

"Very quick and easy process, Drove up to the gate, the security guard let me in, checked my ID and told me where to go. Once I made it to the main building, the front receptionist was pleasant and helpful. It took less than 10 minutes for them to grab my Treager grill that came on a pallet and put it in the bed of my truck. I signed the paperwork that I received the items and was on my way. Great experience! Remember, don't park on the outside, pull up to the gate first!!!"

"Today we received a large delivery from FedEx Freight. Mike Solo was the driver and delivery professional. He went above and beyond to help me get our new grill to the yard. Most drivers would have dropped it off in our driveway but not Mike. He came up with the right solution to get it into our yard. Thank you Mike!
