"So my experience was ehh.. I had schedule movers to come on Thursday at 9am to move from Irvine to Laguna Niguel. My movers were late by 30 minutes and no one notified me about it. Then I directed them to my apartment telling them what needed to go and what needed to stay because a few things were my roommate's stuff. Mind you I had everything organize to keep it simple for them. Well it took them 30 minutes to start the job because they went to the wrong floor. Note I only have a one bedroom apartment and it took them 3 hours to load all my stuff and 2 hours to unload, so overall it took 5 hours. Now I have moved the same amount of things previously and it never took more that 3.5 hrs tops. However, what was really frustrating is that I had to go back and drop off chairs etc of things they took that weren't mine and pick up stuff they left behind. Overall they were nice guys that didn't break anything but dilly dally, I mean when I came back from getting a coffee downstairs I saw that one of the guys was just carrying a lamp down.. like WTH."

I actually had to encourage them to take some breaks because I felt guilty. Every item was protected if it needed it. All the employees were happy and they followed all my requests on certain items. They were also on time and made a additional trip because I under estimated how much stuff I had. They put everything in the correct rooms that were labeled on the boxes and reassembled everything that they took apart. They drove carefully and nothing in route was damaged.
