"Used to do a lot of business with the old owner, Jiri, and everything was always smooth. New owner, "Dave" is basically useless. Ordered a chainwheel recently, was sent an "old design" (according to Dave the owner) which was incompatible with their own ratchet cranks. Dave then proceeded to tell me to send it back on my own dollar for a refund. Said his "accountant" was on vacation and he was unable to provide a return label. Had to escalate to a PayPal claim to get my money back. Will never, ever buy anything else from Dave at Bombshell."

"Resolved 5 stars There is no option to select no stars for Bombshell here so selected one star ..I have new Bombshell one80 wheels for over a year and still cannot use them ..the wheels are falling apart from the day they arrived out of the box. I contacted Bombshell on numerous occasions and they will not help and they won't help the shop I bought the wheels from either. I can't believe the good reviews here are real when my experience with Bombshell was a complete disaster and definitively the worst product I've ever purchased. I'm still open to hearing from Bombshell but won't hold my breath waiting, 12 months later a complete waste buying this priduct and my time and money and the costs trying to resolve the issues. It has taken time, however Jiri Holec at BOMBSHELL has resolved the issue with the BOMBSHELL WHEELSET. I would like to say Thank you to Mr Jiri Holec for resolving the issue."

"Resolved 5 stars I did encounter a major issue with a BOMBSHELL ONE80 WHEELSET and it did require time to resolve, i am not a USA resident, I am a European Customer. The resolution did require alot of time but I was dealing with a gentleman Jiri Holec from BOMBSHELL who eventually did resolve the issue with the WHEELSET. To be fair 5 stars to this company, i think the product looks great, it has a great reputation, I was very surprised to have encountered any problem at all. Sometimes Customer Support can be slow but give them a chance to put it right."

"SCAM!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I ordered a black seat with a red insert. I called the seller to tell him what I received is NOT what I ordered. It is made of a very cheap plastic. Seat is very small not made for a grown adult person. I also told him that the seat post is not what I ordered either. I ordered red and received a grey post. He told me no you did not you received a red post. I told him I am looking at it right now and I'm sorry but this is not red. He was also upset that I told him the quality was cheap plastic from china. All he kept saying is it is made in the USA. I told him wither it is made in the USA, China, Ireland wherever the item is still NOT what I ordered. He yelled at me and had NO customer service skills what so ever. I told him I'd return it but not pay return shipping since this mistake was not mine. Why pay for HIS MISTAKE? He told me If I don't pay return shipping then I don't get my money back. Lol Take that up with my bank because this is not what I ordered. I called him back and he sent me to voicemail. This business is a joke. As a business owner myself, that's not how you treat customers or keep a business. All he wants is your money. Doesn't care if the product is right or not."

"I just love this company. They are all very charismatic and truly do want the best for the kids and their families. The minority’ of my son’s bike components are Bombshell and their product is beyond amazing for kids. I highly recommend this company. They will help in any way they possibly can and truly do give great advice."
