"Wonderful experience buying a suit for a funeral. We mumbled amongst ourselves where the shoe department was, and an employee overheard and guided us to location. Another employee saw the line getting large and offered to have us checkout in the fragrance department. Wonderful customer service"

"Celeste is a Levi's Vendor associate and her level of customer service and knowledge of her product was amazing! I bought 4 pairs of Levis and i tried them on in store and anticipated them to shrink because she said that it was possible for them to. I tried them on, took the tags off and washed them. The lady who helped me do the returns had no nametag, and looked at my jeans and said, "What is that?" And I said thats pet hair, I have pets. Then she remarked, "No tags?" I said I have the tags." She asked if they were washed and I said they were. She then said we only sell resellable merchandice and said she needed a manager's approval to do it and she had the ruddest attitude and Lost my service here. She made me feel bad that they were washed my jeans. Very unpleasant experience. Why should I come back if the return policy sucks and can find the same jeans sowhere else cheaper?"
