"If you are looking for a normal Military surplus store with military gear and products for sale, then this is not the place. It does have a few military things that are for sale but not much, I assume they did that to name it Army-Navy store. On a positive note, the place is organize and clean. There are new military look-alike products for sale, alot of non-military products for sale as well. This place almost has the "swapmeet" feeling to it. I will not return nor recommend to anyone else."

"My husband and I went to this store because we’re both in the marine corps and we saw it had good reviews, but when we went inside we got super weird vibes, it looked like we were being followed and watched, I don’t know if they thought we were gonna steal something or what. But it was extremely rude and gave us a very uneasy feeling especially since we had our 1 year old with us."

"The shelves were all but empty! Seems like they are not restocking items on the shelf. I did find the water storage container I came for, there were only two 7 gal water storage containers on the shelf but all the shelves surrounding it were completely bare…"

"Nice store. This is not like a true military surplus store. Although they have some surplus stuff, it looks like only 20% of their inventory. There is a lot of new stuff and military look-alike. The selection was adequate. It's a big store with a smaller inventory. They have room to really have a bigger selection, but they keep things spread out to look like they have a lot. The staff is awesome. They make this a good place to visit. The staff is the reason that I will go back. They are friendly and will jump in to help if you need it, and they know when to "back off" and let you explore. A common mistake shops make is not to have this balance, and Rancj Army-Navy did a good job training their employees. The store is kept clean and in order. Everything is well organized and has proper product placement continuity. Even the restrooms were clean and stocked. My only complaint is that they only had a teaser of actual military surplus. I believe this leaves customers feeling undergratified or jipped. I would recommend that they work with another surplus store to bid on the surplus lot and split it amongst the stores. They could keep a little of everything and fill up that 10,000 square foot shop. Don't get me wrong, it's worth a visit to see what they have. Just don't expect a lot of military surplus."
