"Trail lines picked up a expensive custom cabinet from a manufacturer in September 2022 and did not deliver to us until January 2023 and it was damaged. All paper work was noted with the driver of all damages and pics taken. After many calls and emails they refused to replace it with a new one and picked it up March 31 and still have not returned it to us repaired. The manager Lisa T said we would have it the middle of April and for the past 3 weeks she is not responding. The piece was paid for to the vendor and the freight was paid for in advance. We are out $2000.00 Trail lines has Stoolen our furniture and refused to pay for a new replacement. DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"At first I was apprehensive about using Trail Lines given some of the reviews I read but I had nothing but a good experience with them. I had a loveseat shipped from the LA area up to Washington where it was accepted by a local transport company for delivery to my house. Given how much gas is and the shortage of truck drivers, I received it in a week and a half in perfect condition and they were competitively priced and were responsive to my phone calls and emails for updates. Honestly, I would not hesitate to use them again."

"They do not have any white glove service neither are they dependable. They docked the furniture after picking up from the manufacturer for 15 days. They never met the delivery date. They do not have any back up plans for doing business if their trucks break down. They do not have back up plans if they do not have drivers. If you want your goods to be stocked with these people for an indefinite period of time without an ETA on delivery, this company is the one you want to do business with."

"I wish I could read other review before using them for service. I suppose to receive my order on August 23, 2019, they delay it to August 30, now it is going to be September 3, I called them up, the lady said it is an EST date, it could be later than September 3 .... It is not 7-12 business days as they promise ... For furniture store, I would recommend to use difference trucking company because it is a hassle to keep promising your customer from time to time .... very disappointed ..."

"After assuring me that my shipment would arrive in 3 weeks along with paying my order in advance the company failed to meet their part of the bargain. For personal issues the driver decided that he would not be delivering my items that were already purchased and paid in full. Instead of bringing them to the warehouse as insisted he took it upon himself to send them back to California were they originally had come from. As a business I expect professionalism, which in my experience was far from professional. Not only was I myself disappointed in hearing such mind bottling news but as was my customer who demanded a refund. Imagine being a customer and waiting almost a month for furniture that you already paid for and then receiving news that your furniture is no longer being delivered to you. I felt as though that incident affected my relationship with my customer because now when that customer speaks of my business they will have nothing but harsh words. Never in my time of being in this business had I experienced such poor and unacceptable service, if that’s even what I can call this experience. Your personal life should never interfere with business. DO NOT do business with this company or else be prepared to receive horrible, unacceptable service."
