"UPDATE 12/14: I thought I was done venting about this trash of a company, but no, my shipment came back today, not only it took 2 WEEKS just to come back within CA, all 3 pallets were all damaged.... not only the pallets are not the same neatly stacked anymore, all tilting lopsided, my new items in their master cartons, many are ripped open in all 3 pallets, or just look crushed/compressed. Had to spend another whole day to replaced bad boxes and missing items. These 3 pallets were all at their possession this whole time since originally pick up of 11/14. I am at a lost for words, no time to argue this with them as I need these at Amz asap, but thank god for google that I can at least share my experiences here. You have been warned, stay away like your life depends on it. Original Post 11/29: Fresh off the press, literally just had one of the worst customer service experience. their driver didn't complete an amz delivery sighting missing amz po/fba#, all while, the fba# was on EVERY SINGLE carton of the pallet! Now it's on its way back. First person/call told me they can't resent back out cuz they can't deliver amz? (What??!) then hung me up, straight up. Had to make a 2nd call, nicer person but proceeded to quote cost of resending, is, no joke, almost 6X the original cost. WOW.... completely speechless. If there's less than one star I would give it. pc of s company"

"Worse company to use, avoid at all cost. Pallets were delivered with a lot of damages and added outrageous extra lift gate fee that we did not request while we have forklift on site and refuse to take it out. Nightmare to deal with. They bait and switch with lower quote then add on extra fees and making final bill expensive."
