"The experience would be great if they didn’t just cancel the load and let me know 12 hrs later. You drop your trailer the night before and spend the night there, although there’s no restroom or area to spend the night, but there’s some places nearby you can go and do whatever you need to do. The next day at 6:00 am the load should be ready! Mine wasn’t and they told me to pass in an hour. In an hour I passed and they told me the same. I came back again and then they told me that they just canceled the load. So I just wasted an entire night waiting and a good paying load. Thanks XPO!"
