"We booked in September 2021 for pick up in California and delivery to Rhode Island. I had researched quite a few (15 or more) options and read about the horror stories. I was somewhat nervous. Perhaps its because its family business (I searched Linkedin and saw so many employees/managers with the same last name - my assumption therefore.) and they care about their reputation and performance. 1. Janelle booked me. She was easy going and honest. She did not promise the moon - said they would do there best to pick up on the day requested with the possibility of a day or 2 adjustment and like wise deliver on the day we requested with 3 day window. She was honest, I had clear expectations. 2. The above being said, they did pick up on the day requested - and they delivered on the day requested! PERFECTION. 3. The driver was amazing - he called a couple times to advise of his pickup arrival status; and on delivery, he called to update twice. 4. Nationwide was not the least expensive. A few hundred more that least. I guess I paid for piece of mind and a great experience. Thank you Nationwide!"

"right from my first phone call this was a great customer experience. Scott kept me formed on a regular basis as to when my car would be picked up for delivery. Within 72 hrs Scott had a driver booked for pick up. Driver Justin also was excellent called gave me his schedule of arrival. My vehicle was picked up and loaded on to trailer with extreme care Justin took all precautions to make sure my vehicle was secured and ready for transport. Vehicle arrived at destination on schedule and no discrepancies. The price that was quoted was the price i paid. definitely would recommend Nationwide Transport Services"

"This was the most stressful and unprofessional experience we have ever dealt with considering they are a business! We were advised by Edwin that our tiny house would be scheduled to be picked up on a specific date about 2 weeks prior. We even checked in with him a couple times to make sure everything was scheduled, and he assured me we were good to go. On the day of shipment/pick up he advises us he's looking for another driver, because ours is running behind. Then, a few hours later after waiting all day he advises us that the tiny house may need to be picked up in a couple days or so. Not only were we frustrated, but our buyers were quite upset! We ended up going with another transport company which costed us quite a bit more money, but was well worth it. I recommend going with an actual transport company who will have their own drivers rather than a broker service like this one. Save yourself the time and hassle, and get it shipped right the first time."

"We hired Nationwide to transport a large SUV from Memphis to South Ms. Initially there was a slight issue with a fuel pump on the delivery truck, however the driver communicated clearly as soon as the issue arose. The next delay came from hurricane Ida and again the driver reached out to ensure that the delay would be minimal. We received our vehicle and were very satisfied with the services provided. We do plan on using Nationwide in the future as need dictates."

"I used them on the recommendation of a friend, and was able to get a car transported from North Carolina to New Mexico quickly and in much less time than I was expecting. Car was picked up on a Saturday and was being dropped off on Wednesday night. It was enclosed and the truck and trailer were very clean and in great condition, which tells me a lot about the operator. I was also able to get a spot on the transporter in just a couple of days, which is impressive in the last year when trucks, drivers and so many other things are in short supply. I would use them again if needed."
