"The bus driver passed me up on Santa Fe & Dominguez at 4:39 whoever he was I hope he crash"
"The drivers on the 40's (Anaheim st.) have refused to let me get on the bus multiple times because they're too crowded. This has happened multiple times causing me to be late to work and before you say "take an earlier bus", I don't want to be at work 1:30 early. It's not only one driver but two. I understand there's a lot students but I've tried different times and sometimes it's not even too crowded. Please help!"
"Today is 8/18/23 The bus driver driving the passport route today at 730-755 am (who I forgot to get his name) is the best bus driver I have encountered in my 12+ years on LB TRANSIT . Very friendly and in my opinion deserves a raise for being so customer service like and a safe driver. Very attentive to all pedestrians who are sitting at the bus stop even if those pedestrians are not waiting for the bus."
"Bus 1316. This morning, 8/17/23 on the 91 WB at 558am. Your driver seems to think it's ok and safe to come across multiple lanes and cut off an 18-wheeler at the last possible moment. I've been in the transportation industry for 24 years, and I've seen my share of bad and unsafe drivers, and yours fits right into that category. I'm not sure where he or she trained to get their CDL bus license with a passenger endorsement, but that school failed the public by letting this driver through. Long Beach Transit has failed its community by letting this driver loose on the streets of Long Beach. You allow this person to transport passengers? If I were running your safety and compliance department, this person would be sitting in the unemployment line by the close of business today. Public safety is and should always be a priority. Unfortunately, you hired someone who thinks otherwise."
"The drivers are not always the nicest and don't know the policies through and through but the staff on the phone and the supervisors are very professional and know what they're doing. So, hopefully I can take my jetson on the bus sometime soon without getting restricted from getting on the bus. Ebikes are not motorized bicycles. The policy doesn't say Ebikes aren't allowed on the bike racks. I've been living in Long Beach for 3 years and NOW they have a policy against bikes? I think the policy needs to be more descriptive and it should say that ebikes are allowed as long as they're not rentals and can fit on the rack. It's 2023 LBT, get with the program!"
