"We are so happy to send our daughter to Little angel child daycare. Natella is a kind hearted woman who truly cares for the babies and toddlers as if they were her own. She is very loving and very receptive to any feedback. She also takes the time to send me photos throughout the day so I can see how my daughter is doing. The home daycare is kept incredibly clean, no shoes in the home. Our now 15 month old (started daycare at 9months old) has met all of her milestones early and has learned to socialize and play well with others. Natella’s own children are also wonderful and play with the babies sometimes, which is an added treat. Overall we are very happy with the loving care our daughter receives here!"

"About 2 weeks ago a staff from this daycare was seen insulting kids ages 11-13. There is a video where it is shown how she is being racist towards these kids and calling them names agreeing for them to go back to “their country”. This should not be allowed especially at a daycare where there is lots of diversity."

"I am a very pick mum and it took me more than 3 months to pick a childcare for my 12 months old baby girl here in Mountain View and Palo Alto. I did tours in those big childcares and to be honest, I didn't see love or affection from their "teachers". I saw too many kids and few people looking at them. Specifically in one that is well-known, I asked how do you clean the high chairs and they told me with bleach!! I said but babies put their food in those tables why bleach and they were just excused in that it was a very small amount... I didn't want a home-daycare but I was running of options so I decided to start looking at them. I found one with more than 25 reviews in Yelp and Google, they were so good..4.5 starts...After doing a 1 hour tour in her house and I realized that many of those reviews were fake and that the couple of them that were negative, they were right....place so dirty, small items and kids could choke, a cat, dark space, poor ventilation, the menus was not healthy, there were not signs of a childcare so I doubt of her license and tv on the whole time... Then I was walking by Latham st and I saw the signs of this childcare and I decided to enter and nock the door, I arrived around 7pm, nobody was expecting me and this place was SO clean and spotless. Natella the lady in charge was extremely friendly, she opened the doors of her house and let me enter and then she sent me photos of her license, her degrees, the food that she makes etc... I decided to try this place and it has been amazing!! Natella does everything homemade even the cottage cheese and the bread. She shares photos all the time of my baby. She only has 3 more babies and I can see her love for them and her dedication. I can take my baby any day I want, she doesn't set limits because she doesn't overcrowd her home with many kids. She does not put the TV but instead provide books and my baby is always super happy going there. I feel extremely lucky for having found this childcare. I feel that my baby is in good hands when she is not with me."
