"Just started training here. Have done two sessions so far one with Melisa and one with Johana and both are fantastic coaches, super engaged in supporting me and others in the class. Both are knowledgeable and gave helpful pointers on form to help instill good habits from the start and help me maximize my experience here. Tried other kickboxing places but this was the winner. Great vibe, workout and good people including Brant the owner. Looking forward to continuing to show up and improve myself through my experience here."

"I went there and take the free trial class in Saturdays morning. Not much people and the trainer is nice. Won’t learn much professional boxing techniques but it’s a good choice for those who want to take intense exercises or keep active."

"I will write my very honest review. For the last 3 years I have gained a lot of weight. Both my workplace and my apartment complex has gym. They are so convenient but I don’t know which muscle group I need to work on, where to start or I don’t feel motivated at all. I have been trying so many ways: diets, intermittent fasting, working out, walking… One day I saw an add says “looking for candidates who wants to lose weight”. I didn’t really understand the concept but decided to try the free trial. Another thing to try… almost losing my hope. Starting a new journey to lose weight…again.. Melisa showed me what the system is and I loved loved loved it! Why ? 1- this place has a system. If you are a person who doesn’t know what to do when you go to gym, you have to try 9R. It is well balanced full body workout. The space is so small but the system is brilliant! 2-It is only 30 min. Once you enter there is almost no time to think. You go with the flow.. and you continue challenging yourself because you can literally see how far you have completed and how much left. 3- I have only worked with Melisa and Sumit so far. They are both very positive and they encourage you A LOT. I feel like I am working with personal trainers. They are A-MA-ZING. list could go on.. I will update my result after couple of months. "I like 9 round because of the variety they offer each day for the exercise. They have 9 platforms where we have different set up each day which makes the workout exciting and not monotonous. The practice we do with the coaches in between is the best part. I can say that kickboxing is fastest way of losing weight and getting fit. There is not a single day when I have not felt good after my workout."
