"I don't think I could come up with anything negative if I tried, which is super rare for me. Every visit has gone as well as I could possibly hope."
"Like Maison said, I also fell into the same loophole with my insurance that’s costed me dearly, but the care I receive is so nice I stuck it out and was able to get it sorted out with my insurance. But still, $400-700 (before insurance) for a simple 15 minute telehealth appointment or regular checkup IS ridiculous. I really hope they can do something about this because they’re a great resource but inaccessible to a lot of lgbt people that need them :/ Otherwise Dr Jessica Francis and Anne Lakatos APNP are the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with hence why the price is justified. If you’re someone that is unsure of where you want to go in your transition, Anne and Jessica will NOT rush you and will walk you through your options. They really just want you to reach your transition goals whatever that means for you. Last thing, I know they need staff but *some* of the physician assistants/people that see you before the provider are rude and seem unknowledgeable and I’ve been misgendered a few times. No biggie, just annoying considering it’s the inclusion clinic! All in all, I fully recommend this place if you need comprehensive transition care and/or a PCP specifically for lgbt people. I love this place!"
"Care here was good. Unfortunately, I fell into a loophole with the coding this clinic uses, and my health insurance won't cover it appropriately as a result (22-On Campus Outpatient instead of 11-Office Visit). I came to see the OBGYN for an office visit as a transman and unfortunately will not be able to utilize the services further less I want to be billed $250+ at the minimum with each visit. Be weary about the coding discretion! Just because it's called the Inclusion CLINIC, it WILL STILL BE BILLED as an 'On Campus-Outpatient' procedure!! AND FROEDTERT WILL NOT CHANGE IT TO HELP US DESPITE OPENING UP THIS CLINIC IN SUPPORT OF US!!!!! I wanted to go to a LGBTQ+ supportive clinic for care, especially as they should understand better the symptoms I was experiencing. Instead, I'm expected to pay a quarter grand as a result despite hours worth of calls between Froedtert and my health insurance over a simple office visit to see the OBGYN who I made sure was in-network beforehand. I even waited MONTHS just to see them! Froedtert does allow you to call ahead of time to get an estimate of the cost of care through your health insurance. I would STRONGLY suggest anyone who is looking into getting care here to do that prior to making an appointment, even if the doctor you are seeing is in-network, as they do not state any of this upfront. Froedtert has NO financial support system nor know of any financial support groups that help LGBTQ+ folks struggling with paying for medical care. The only option they have is working out a payment plan. Other alternatives are a free clinic like Keenan Health Clinic and clinics like Vivent Health who HAVE A PAYMENT SCALE AND WILL ACTUALLY FIND AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR LGBTQ+ FOLKS unlike the Inclusion Health Clinic by Froedtert. If I can prevent someone else from having to pay OUT-OF-POCKET for an IN-NETWORK visit because of this loophole, this review will have done its job."
"I cannot fully put into words how much I love this clinic. Been here to see Annie Lakatos and saw a nurse who's name I unfortunately can't recall for the injection teaching. I love that the staff wears pronoun pins/badges, even if they identify as cisgender, don't see that often. I also love that if I want to, I can see these doctors as my PCP and not just for my hormones. Everyone at this clinic uses my preferred name and doesnt really mention my birth name which is super awesome as I don't really care for my birth name. Everyone is also super respectful, informative, kind, helpful and so much more. Parking and navigating the building is also super simple, no maze to maneuver through. Thank you for being so amazing."
