"Went with friends to festival of trees. It was fun seeing all the trees, and seeing kids reactions. Santa and Mrs Claus were there as well as the grinch (a theme this yr)"

"A rather interesting place. Occasion for the visit was the Annual Tree Raffle to support the Shriners. But you definitely should go next year and support them!"

"Shepard Express held their Old Fashioned Fest at the Shrine on Wisconsin Avenue. We arrived early to get a parking spot. Muffin pans were part of the goodie bag and held 6 sample cups of Old Fashioned from various bars and restaurants scattered throughout the Milwaukee area. All vendors used bourbon, whiskey, or brandy from Great Northern Distilling, Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Delicious!Veggie trays, cheese and sausage platters, and fruit platters were restocked. A separate room was available for VIP ticket holders. My favorite was an apple flavored Old Fashioned from Clementines Bar in Bay View. Super fun, but bring a designated driver!!"

"Cool, historic building. We went to an event here, and it was cool to be able to walk through the building and read about some of the history. The basement is a smoking (cigar) lounge."
