My experience at this store was second to none - all thanks to Esmeralda. I was visiting from Ft. Lauderdale and needed to ship a birthday gift home. It was an awkward size item but Esmeralda went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was patient, professional and incredibly kind. I hope the owner of this store knows what an asset she is. Seriously, customer service these days is awful at most places with employees doing the bare minimum to fulfill their job duties. It is very obvious that Esmeralda takes pride in her position and does what is needed to make sure all of her customers are satisfied. My package arrived yesterday in perfect condition. The envelopes are a dollar or two for the small sizes, prices go up depending on the size and whether or not they have padding, etc. same thing for boxes. I have shipped locally and internationally for close to ten years through this store. They have followed up on shipments for me, processed loss paperwork for me, and generally been about as helpful and nice as can be."
