Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Do not use their drive thru. It ate my debit card and when I went in to ask them about it, they already knew there was a problem with it as they kept asking me was it the island debit machine on the far end. I said yes and they just said oh the tweakers must've messed with it and there is nothing we can do. Went in for a quick withdrawal ended up losing my card , now have to wait days for a new one."

"Needed a notary and made an appointment. Jose “Tony” Cuellar helped me and went above and beyond to complete my many-page document thoroughly and correctly. The first two times I made an appointment to try to get this done at a different BofA branch, it turned out they had made a mistake and notary actually wasn’t available. I’m so glad I tried again at this location. I would go out of my way to come back in the future."

"Always busy. And ATM is as busy because people don't know how to use it. Technology is not for everyone. So people take more 7 minutes at the walk-up ATM just to punch in pin numbers. What's worst is also the drive thru ATM. People are so not know how to use it. If you want to spend more 5 minutes,go inside and do it. ATM should not be for making bank transfer and other transactions beside just to get money out and make quick deposit. And go. Every time I come here to get some money people are making tons of deposit and then transferring to another account. They need to be courteous to other people that just need to get money and out of there in no time. Lots of people are lost in today's technologies."
